No, actually. The rating is a purely approximate value that shows the possible chance that a particular song will be mapped. This does not give any guarantees, and the final choice will be up to the mappers
No. "Preferred Mapper" is just a field that can make your request more appealing to a specific mapper. Other mappers don't know about it and will still be able to choose your song
